Question about the Veteran Rewards

Does the free month you get from buying the game counts for veteran rewards? mine just ended and it says 0 days subscribed so i'm not sure if i have to wait till it says 1 day or wait another month to receive the rewards. I just want my fantasia potion

It counts when you make subscription payments, but does not include the subscription time that's included with purchase of the game.

If you pay by credit card or crysta, even though the payment plan can be set up in advance, that payment isn't actually made until it's due, which won't be until the 30 days included with purchase ends.

If you pay with a game time card, though, you're making payment when you actually purchase the card, so that time is added to your account as soon as you add the card to your account. This can be used to get veteran rewards and recruit a friend rewards earlier, since this way you don't have to wait until a payment is due before making one.


(If you do that game time card option, keep in mind that the window of opportunity for the Recruit a Friend campaign is from the time you purchase the game until the time you make your first subscription payment. So if you plan to add a RaF code, do so before putting in the game time card. If you want a code for that, check the sticky thread about it at the top of this forum.)
