EU Fan Fest Merch line

Did anyone attend EU fan fest and preorder their merchandise? I want to know if preordering stuff worked way better than waiting in line all day, and if they got any kind of incentive for preordering (free shirt or something)

In my experience, the only incentive in preordering was the knowledge that I got the merchandise I ordered, instead of waiting in a queue and hoping everything I wanted wasn't sold out before my turn.

When I ordered the merchandise, some of the pins that I wanted (healers) were already out of stock. So as soon as the merchandise area at Fanfest opened, instead of queuing at the preorder line, I went straight to the shop line. After about 30 minutes, the vast majority of the job pins were sold out, luckily when it was my turn I managed to buy one of the last WHM pins (I wanted the SCH one too, but it was out of stock way before my turn lol).

After the preorder queue died down, I went to get my stuff and there was everything I ordered. No extras.
