Unable to download patch files [20512][25008][20495]

For the last couple days I have been trying to patch Final Fantasy on my PS4. Every time I hove gotten this message. Unable to download patch files [20512][25008][20495].
I have tried everything. I deleted and tried to uninstall, Changed my ports to 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4. Swaped from eithernet to wifi and back. I even tried to use my pc as a hot spot. Nothing.
Now I had the same issues on my pc. I was actually able to get past the problem by downloading cyberghost, letting the patch download the files through that, and then finshed the patch with no issue. How can I fix this on my ps4? I have been trying to get it set up for my GF so she can start playing too. But all these issues are putting a bad taste in her mouth. What is being done to fix this? What is SE going to do to help us? Can I get a mod to please start giving us some answers? Obviously Im not the only person having issues with this. I have been searching all over the internet for answers and have found none. What is the fucking point of me spending money on this game if nothing is going to be done to make it so we play it?
