FFxiv 14 Day Trial help

Hello everyone,
I have been play FFxiv a lot recently and a friend of mine wanted to try it out .. well after using 2 emails and one of my own emails .. neither one of us have gotten the 8 digit code that it says it will send ...
are the email servers messed up or what ?
2 yahoo emails and a gmail email .. hrs later nothing ..
How long does square think someone should keep that webpage up to submit the code lol

Unfortunately my friend has kinda lost faith in the game now considering they can't even get the email system right..

Any information and or tips that I can do to help this along .. I mean come on lol

They have the game downloaded just need an account .. "shrug"

Sorry if you already tried this, but have you checked in the junk/spam folders? And if you're not already, try sending a code to yourself and just pass it on using another method.

Ya I have already tried that, Thank you though for your help.

I even went as far as to use the recruit a friend under my account (which that emails comes in fine) and sent it to one of my alternate emails.
However after trying to register a NEW account with SE, I still get stuck on waiting for a 8 digit code they are supposed to send that never comes.

O well, just a possible new sub that SE is out that's all "shrug"

Only thing I can do it sit and wait to see if the email ever comes in.
