    Stormblood Pre-Order Download

    Could be that I'm worrying over nothing, but please do help me out! ;;

    I received the code for Stormblood's pre order. Did the steps and got my ps4 code. When I put the code in on playstation store, I received no download (email said to download things for SB early access and items) nor a button on mog station to input a code for SB (compared to my friends who said they put theirs in, though they're on pc). I'm very confused and worried that maybe I did something wrong and won't get the pre-order items OR the game. Please help!

    The download should be on SB's launch/patch day. Expect a 24 hour maintenance window if not longer, during which you should be able to patch and prepare.

    As far as codes go... I'm admittedly going off second hand knowledge but from what I've heard, putting the code in the playstation store is all you need to do on PS4. Hopefully someone can confirm or correct this.

    I did the same thing and I got a little worried myself, but I went to the Playstation Network website to make sure it got the redemption code and sure enough, they got it. So, it's just a matter of waiting for the expansion itself to be available and ready to download.

    I still don't have a code for my PS4 pre-order. I have a confirmation email but no code.

    PSN suggested refreshing my licences on the PS4, but that did not help.

    How did you get yours please?

    Incidentally, I received a code for the Mac version - as I play on both. That is entered on MogStation and shows as pre-ordered, which the PS4 version does not.

    PSN orders do not receive any type of code as it is all handled automatically.
