    Square Enix Store Wont Let Me Pre order

    I ordered earlier, got confirmation code but no email. Asked customer support who said it did not go through even though I got confirmation at the time. Since then the site says internal error when trying to process my order. Anyone else struggling? Been about 6 hours.

    Not really, are you in the correct country? see upper right of screen. Are you trying to do Collectors or standard?

    Your not using Internet Explorer right? obsolete browser sometimes will take authorizations but won't allow transactions. I've had that issue so I use chrome. Unless they are currently out for collectors items it could be denied as well. Hopefully your on your home network and not a work one also.
