Steps:
1. Send your squadron out for a mission, make sure they have affinities that have a chance to earn your some blue crafters' scrips
2. Wait patiently for their return
3. Have enough Scrips so that you won't be able to accept all of the ones your squadron brings back from their mission

I had 1974 scrips, my squadron brought back around 1.5k or something.

There should be a message telling me that I won't be able to receive all blue crafters' scrips.
