Thread: How many of you are switching to Au Ra for 4.0

Now that Othard is going to be visitable, how many of you are interested in being Au Ra again? I know I switched back, because I finally feel like I fit in the games world, unlike I did like two years ago, when I first joined the game. Xaela have the steps, Raen have Doma, and there is bound to be plenty of story revolving around Au Ra npcs. I feel like the reason for no new race was the Au Ra. I think they are possibly the race of 4.0, they just released it early to build a natural progression to the area. If you look, we have been getting a slow but steady increase of Asian themed items for a long time, and I suspect that it was on purpose. I have a feeling that Au Ra very easily could have been saved for 4.0.

I'm never switching to Au Ra. Why? Because I still am one and will stay as one~ Or well until something cuter/sexier/nicer comes along again.

Naw, back to Femme Roe for the xpac.

Only if they redid Au'ra and made them look like they did in their concept art instead of the disgusting mess they are now.

I am considering it. I was an Au Ra of over a year (still kinda miss it) and being able to explore the Azim Steppes and interact with more Au Ra NPCs has piqued my interest in switching back to my Xaela.

At the same time, we'll also be going to Ala Mhigo and since I've been a Highlander for nearly a year now and I'm also excited to see Ala Mhigo.

I guess I'll have to wait and see what happens in the 3.56 MSQ to make up whether I'll make the switch to Au Ra or remain a Highlander, though I'm leaning towards remaining Highlander.

I'm staying Midlander because I will always be Midlander

I've been an Au'Ra since they've released, so glad I finally get to go home to my people ^-^

Might as well ask how many people will be switching to Highlander because Ala Mhigo.

Highlanders still seem to be pretty rare, compared to female Miqo'te and Au Ra
