Hello, this is my first time doing this, so I'm not sure if I'm doing this right.

After wandering around Eorzea for a bit I've notice that there is quite a few outfits that seem to be exclusive to NPCs.
As it would take a while to screenshot every piece in the game that are only on said characters, a few noticeable examples are the dresses and winter gear in Foundation/Pillars and this coat found on various people mostly in Thanalan: https://scontent-sea1-1.xx.fbcdn.net...bd&oe=593526A4
DO you guys think that such clothing should be available to Player Characters?
