unfortunately running the same dungeon numerous of time will only get you better timing of the dungeon mechanics
but you could not help when queuing 3 total strangers, you will takes time to understand them, their ability, their CD timing, and their equipment
and to be honest AST only get gravity at 52, which change the dps of AST in big pull
actually those 5X leveling dungeon is a better learning environment, at least for my AST is
