There is no need for 3rd difficulty. If they have enough time to do that then they should do other things.
Savage dungeons for example or a completely new raid with one difficulty (savage only) which has its own story (This could be related to MSQ or side quest).




That costs money. The only reason Extreme Savage may happen is due to the lack of cost involved. If they simply did a second tier, it would be at Creator's level since barely anyone could handle Gordias or Midas-- which defeats the entire point.
Everything costs money, new content, new PotD floors, new raid, even music.
They just need to put the money somewhere worth it.
I know that some content cost more, it is still a sugestion IF they are capable of doing it.

As long as the mentality doesn't change, there is no solution. Short-term rewards are a low incentive for raiders, and long-term rewards will result in whining from non-raiders because they can't obtain it.

Well if we lock that new difficulty to be always difficult because no unsynch, min ilvl and no echo, there do will be whining.
I just wish SE could ignore whining people.


They won't ignore casuals whining because they're a majority into the game.
The thing is, those players should just think about things twice "damn a player that spend 3 or 4 more time on the game than me has a better gear that's outrageous"...
I mean.. Yeah that's normal to me.
I want the normal raid to get rid off and keep savage one alone.


Titles' uniquely textured mounts, minions, and armor; perhaps even a slightly different animation for an iconic ability should you clear something truly devastatingly hard (A3S, T7S). Cosmetics and bragging rights are all good, I think placing gear at such an incredibly difficult to reach point defeats the purpose of equipment. Equipment in MMORPGs has always been about raising your stats so you may challenge greater and stronger enemies. To allow players who are already at their peak to just set the bar higher defeats this, you're just making the good players more good rather than actually rewarding them. Giving them something unique, something that is time-sensitive, that is rewarding them.
SE needs to make the cosmetic rewards of a third tier be limited. You either get those rewards when the tier is relevant or you don't get them at all. And certain rewards, like minions, mounts, and armor, could be offered again at a later point, but these items should be just for their aesthetics. The concept works for the Feast, it can work for raiding as well.
