Who cares what the party roles are if there's no reason to party.

I might be missing something, but I can really see any reason to get into a group. I mean I know you can levelink and get a bunch more exp but thats not what im talking about. There needs to be instances or group areas where you need a group to come together with different abilities and work together to obtain something you could'nt otherwise on your own. Rare gear drops, or mayeb parts of the storyline you couldnt access any other way. I know there are NM's but that doesn't seem the same. I mean who cares what your role in a party is if there is almost nothing a person can't accomplish on their own?

They already have that planned. Look back to the developer posts and polls. In around 2 months there is supposed to be instanced dungeon content, unless it is pushed back due to recent events.

Hmm yeah ive heard about that. I just hope they release that stuff before they chop up the classes too much. Who knows the current system might be ok, there's just no way to really implement it.

So far, I'm having a hard time just finding people to party with. I'm fairly new to Eorza by the way, just started playing this past Friday until the servers went off line.
