Minion code missing from goody bag fanfest 2017

So as the title says the minion code was missing in the goody bag nobody had one as far as I know since my friends didn't had them either

Will these codes come through email or not?

I thought the abe/ high summoner attire only had 1 minion code each attached, and you only get the one code associated with the fanfest ticket/stream you bought. Did you get the code with your abe/high summoner attire? The code for the attire also unlocks the minion. Or atleast that's how the stream codes have worked.

Was this for the vegas one? B/c mine was in the bag at the event. You needed to tell them something so they would've given you the paper with the code on it.

Why not asked to them about code before go :/ If i was there i would open the bag, check about the code and ask if i not see it D:
Well i do understand in that moment people are enjoying the festival than check about the code :/

I asked about it and got nowhere. But nobody seems to have had one in their goody bag so I'm guessing we get them by email. After all the streamers got theirs :s

Vegas had theirs in the bag. Dunno how they handled the JPN and EURO fanfests sadly.

That paper was missing and the only stuff we got were like the USB, stress ball a red stormblood note book etc and this was the one in Germany

They showed all contents of the bag on the stream and the code was not part of it, so I'm pretty sure you get the code in some other way, not in the bag.

I asked at the info booth and they said it would be emailed - but its still hasnt arrived, so getting a little worried.
