I mean the Dev's won't ever see this and I think they already confirmed their wasn't going to be a better character customization... But why is there no all of the above option?

I assume he's mad that things like butt sliders and hempen underpants got more "maybe"-type responses at the Q&A(even though they misunderstood the hempen one), whereas more character customization options got a "Nope, no plans at this time" answer. And by making people pick only one he probably hopes to have more faces or hair or better texture come out above butts and underpants "so the devs will see what's really in demand".
