I recently just purchased two Stormblood pre-orders. One for myself (Windows) and one for my wife (MacOS) in a single cart. The email I received with both of our codes does not indicate which code is for which platform without assuming they are presented in the same order as they were added to my cart and I don't want to accidentally validate one to the wrong account and have to deal with the resulting customer service headache.

Is there a verification page before the Stormblood pre-order validation is permanently linked to an account and/or is there any way to figure out which code is for which platform so I don't have to make a 50/50 guess on the first code?
