Hotbar 1 not switching with class

Hey there! First time posting on the forums, so I apologize if there was a more appropriate place to post this.

(Sharing is NOT enabled on Hotbar 1)

Today, in the middle of playing, I noticed Hotbar 1's abilities all vanished. I was on SCH at the time, and so dragged them back onto the Hotbar. When I changed to SMN, the abilities remained from SCH. I corrected the Hotbar. I switched back to SCH, the abilities remained from SMN.

Hotbar 1 stopped changing with my job/class. It's such an inconvenience having to drag 10 abilities back onto the bar every switch, please let me know what I can do to resolve this ^_^;;

EDIT1: In the two screenshots below, Hotbar 1 are the bottom two rows of abilities, near the chat box

EDIT2: RESOLVED! Apparently there are shortcut keys that cause your Hotbar1 to rollover to the next Hotbar that isn't currently being displayed, which happened to be a shared Hotbar. I thought I was safe by disabling the Hotbar cycling buttons, but also disabling the shortcut keys via the Keybind menu should assure that everything stays in place
