I know the current state of the game perfectly. I'm just not delusional enough to believe that the changes made so far have been that drastic. Most of them are actually rather minor changes.

The changes have helped the game, sure, but they haven't completely transformed it.

FFXIV has shown, in the first 5 months, the highest rate of improvement of the MMORPG history.

I highly doubt you've played every MMORPG ever made for the first 5 months.

Review scores mean nothing, as they're written by goons that didn't even play the game for more than a few hours (and a MMORPG cannot be judged in that small of a timeframe), as demonstrated by their under-rank-10 characters on the lodestone, that makes everyone that knows even a little bit about journalistic integrity roll on the floor laughing.

[Removed by Moderator according to the FINAL FANTASY XIV FORUM Guidelines.] Review scores are HUGE for any video game. They have an enormous impact on sales numbers, which are critical to the continual success of the title. Also, any game, even an MMO, can be judged in an hour's playtime or less.

So now you're backpedaling? Where has the "options are always good!" gone?

You're twisting my words. I never said ALL options are always good. Sometimes certain options might not fit within the context of the game. That does not contradict what I said earlier.

You can deny basic psychology as much as you want. And assure people that you're right as much as you want. After all on forums i see people denying even basic physics, so i'm not that surprised

Funny, I don't seem to have any trouble remembering all the different names of the people on my Xbox Live friends list, despite the fact that some people on there have two part names, and some don't. Heck, even on this forum some people are using single names while others are using compound names, yet it doesn't seem to be causing any trouble for anyone. I don't see why you think it would be any different in-game.
