I purchased the livestream for the Final Fantasy XIV Fanfest in Frankfurt from CLEENG on January 26, 2017 and I have tried my item code for the Yuna minion and both times it says it's invalid. I have read that I should be able to get the code activated today (it's February 18, 2017 and it's 11:53am CST. Could someone tell me if I'm using it to early and I need to put it in tomorrow, February 19th or did I get a code that is a fake and I need to quickly rebuy the stream again before tomorrow.

I really want to have all 3 X minions. Thank you.
