all you'll need is any DoW/M class/job at 50.
They have also said that you unlock both of them in 2.0 areas (Ul'Dah was apparently said in an interview for RDM, guessing SAM in Limsa). One probably just needs to hit level 50, maybe beat Ultima before being able to access them.
