If one gets suspended, chances are that one broke ToS. Avoid doing that and avoid the suspensions?
You didn't even give an example of what was actually said so it makes this seem suspicious unfortunately.

The thing is they won't tell you what you did, one time I got a "official warning" on my account and the email just quoted a vague reference from the ToS, when I contacted a GM about they would not even tell me what I did. Only after I made a fuss about it was it escalated to a senior GM which still would not tell me what I did but said after them looking at it that they would remove the warning.

I believe you, and they should be specific about the violation when giving these warnings or punishments.
But you actually did something constructive about it. Not blame the system in the public forum with no real detail.
