Please remove the requirements to have specific furniture.

As anyone who is into housing well knows- Item allowance is and continues to be a problem.

Personally, I would love it if we did not have to have to have for example the Aether crystal in the garden- I have seen that the vast majority of players hide their crystal behind the house (myself included). It's not a desirable object for many yet it's practically mandatory to have one if you want to teleport to your house.
Please remove the requirement and just allow us to teleport to our homes- like people in Apartments can without having to lose out on having a piece of furniture I actually want to display.

[Similarly, although different to the Aether crystal as I believe many do enjoy that you can display these items- the Mailbox and the Chocobo stable. Please could they inbuilt into the house design in the way that they are attachable items, similar to Awnings, chimneys and walls. This would free up at least 3 item slots that we could use for furniture we actually want for the sake of display vs function.
This could also be applied to in-house items that feel almost mandatory to many of us, such as 'Orchestrion'. Add it as a fixture like a light please!!
The old items could still remain for those who enjoy display it as it currently is, but for those of us who invest more into housing aesthetics this would be much more practical for us in allowing our creative designs.]

How exactly do you plan to teleport without an aetheryte to guide your lifestream!?

You can really do a lot with the aetherite. I use that blue glow in all kinds of things. You can hide it in the oriental grass for a blue glow (alternately, if you want a green glow, you use the Sahagin lamp), I like to build a striking dummy out of the old world dummy + amdapori beacon + aetherite over a pond that has a beautiful glow, and then there's sticking it in the back "tank" of a Bismark fountain, with I've backed under a living arch, and closed in with morning glories--the blue glow under the bridge is magical.

So much you can do with that crystal!
