Digital Stormblood Early Access Code

I'm experiencing the same issue I pre-ordered my Stormblood via PSN and was going to cancel it but can't seem to so now I have no code nor money back to just get it through Square Enix store? SE hasn't stated anything towards or found a way to resolve it either. People buying through the Store and Steam are getting there codes only PSN having issue .. And to add on I have no dot either for my Pre-order so you aren't alone there I suppose.
