Digital Stormblood Early Access Code

So, I found out from my FC mates that they all received an email with an early access registration code after they pre-ordered their copies for PC. I, however, pre-ordered mine digitally from the PSN store. Upon searching my email inbox and junk mail thoroughly, I found I never received an email for the code. Upon looking online, it seems people are saying if you bought it digitally on psn, you don't get a code, you're automatically registered for the early access. However, when I check my Mog station account, while Stormblood Early Access is listed under "Versions", there is no dot under Playstation 4 noting it is registered, like there is for both A Realm Reborn and Heavensward. According to those who got it on pc, they do have the dot under Windows. So...does anyone know if I actually do have the early access?

I Pre-ordered my collector's edition on the Square Enix Store the day it was available. I got my email with my code for early access and entered the code the way i was supposed to. now my mogstation has the early access listed but no dots under any version. Just need to know if i am good to go or if something got messed up?

I myself bought the digital collector's edition pre-order, and it just shows a circle under the window's version. Not the Collector's edition, I would like to make sure it's not a glitch as well, and that I'm not paying twenty dollars more and not getting the syldra mount etc. that comes with the collector's edition?

Seems we're in a similar boat with the collector's edition pre-orders, except mine has the windows version circled in?

If it's like ARR and Heavensward (and it probably is) there's two codes. One for early access, one for the main game. All we have so far is the early access code which is why that is all that shows up. We'll later get the actual game code (either digitally/via email or with the physical product). When you enter that code then it'll activate you for the actual game (standard or collectors). As with both ARR and HW the early access code is likely to work for at least a week to give you time to receive your codes for the full game.

But again if it's like ARR/HW then you won't get the collector's items until the main game launch (20th June), even if you have early access.

I'm experiencing the same issue I pre-ordered my Stormblood via PSN and was going to cancel it but can't seem to so now I have no code nor money back to just get it through Square Enix store? SE hasn't stated anything towards or found a way to resolve it either. People buying through the Store and Steam are getting there codes only PSN having issue .. And to add on I have no dot either for my Pre-order so you aren't alone there I suppose.
