First, the jump potion was already confirmed to not be released at the same time as Stormblood. So the jump potion option won't be available at the time where this scenario is actually relevant, which is in the first couple of months of the expansion.

Second, even if this is true, it's most definitely not going to be a common thing for people to spend $30 just to skip 10 levels on only 1 job, especially when they most likely will have done the MSQ on another job anyway.

I'm gonna have to agree with this, the leveling potion seems like it's a non-issue for this particular instance.
