Trials Roulette: Too much Ifrit?

I don't have very many unlocked yet, only about 5 I think, but I almost always have gotten Ifrit since unlocking this Roulette. I'd say out of about a couple dozen times or so (if not more) I have gotten Cape Westwind a few times and only once gotten The Howling Eye (Hard) as well as only once gotten Battle on the Big Bridge. I have yet to be sent to Urth's Fount, Ultima's Bane, The Navel (Hard), or Thornmarch (Hard). Nope, just keep getting Ifrit each day (I do the Roulette once a day for the daily bonus).

Is it just RNGeebus up to his usual shenanigans or is The Bowl of Embers (Hard) set on a high rate of selection? You'd think it would try to send me to any of those other places more often if it wasn't...

It's all RNG. One time I got Dzemael Darkhold 14 times in a row in Leveling Roulette (and those odds are waaaay less likely with all the ARR and HW dungeons to choose from). Don't get me wrong, I love that dungeon, but eventually it's like, "... are you f*cking kidding me?"

Plus, if you've only got 5, you're kinda limited on where RNG is gonna put you lol. Expect to keep getting it until you get more trials unlocked, because it's probably one of the more popular to queue for.

Urth's Font and Ultima's Bane are not included in Trial Roulette. Players can only be put into them through directly queuing or Mentor Roulette.

The Roulette will prioritize filling parties waiting for players so it isn't just RNG. In general you are more likely to get put into a party for an instance required for the main story since more people will have it unlocked. Streaks can happen regardless (I myself get put into the Heavensward final boss quite often).

Ifrit Normal is in the Leveling Roulette. There you can find Titan and Garuda normal too. Trial Routlette only contains 8-man trials AFAIK.

Odin and Ultima aren't in Trial Roulette since they're considered "Extreme" difficulty, meaning they have harder DPS checks and generally more mechanics than most duties in Trial Roulette. Be happy you don't get these in Trial Roulette, Odin had a brutal DPS check at the time and Ultima has a mandatory Tank swap along with a instant kill party-soak mechanic that happens 3 or so times.

In fact, I think Odin USED to be in Trial Roulette but it was removed due to being too hard compared to the other duties, including people usually insta-leaving if they got it in Roulette.

I dunno, I don't mind the low level stuff either, I just like feeling like it's a proper roulette. XD I want to be surprised with stuff I haven't played in a month or two. Unfortunately, I often end up with a lot of the same stuff. Got Copperbell Mines the other day. Boring as hell, but I hadn't seen it since last year, and the nostalgia factor was there I guess, haha.

I like Ifrit Hard because it's probably the only one trial where you can use LB3. All other trials end before LB2 or even LB1 bar filled (like Hydra). Always nice to use LB3 on a healer or tank at 3% then read salty comment about it being 'wasted'. DPS, what did you waited for, 1%?

I haven't done Ultima's Bane yet but Urth's Fount wasn't difficult when I ran it. Then again, when I went in it was unsynced I think lol
