    Spawn times broken?

    I've been camping this one in southern thanalan for 2.5 hours so far.
    No, I didn't miss it.
    I've gotten 25k seals just from doing FATES, waiting for this stupid tortoise to spawn.
    SE was supposed to have fixed this more than a year ago.

    Edit: 3h16 to spawn. F***ing ridiculous.

    One hour and 18 minutes and counting for "Stopping the Shakes" required for CT. So far, the only thing I really hate in this game so far.
