Yep. The PS4 wireless card is garbage. When I upgrade to the Pro .. All those issues went away. It could be always hardware driven because the PRO has more RAM and Processor to it.

.... my PS4 is hardwired. always. I don't even have Wifi set up on my PS4 at all.
