    need help on squadrons

I can't really figure out squadrons at all. I have done the level 40 mission at least 30 times and have yet to beat it. Been trying to get the final rank ever since it came out but I have no idea what I am doing wrong. Here is a screenshot. Does anyone know of a guide or video on how to do this? Or know what my specific problem is?

You can level up the members
    and
you can rebalance the stats through the trains. You need just 5 levels to your healer to gain this 5 stats

2 of your stats are overpowered. Having just one stat in the red cripples your squad. Take them out training, but it needs to be the one that boost the heart stat only. If your squad is capped on points, it will lower the others while raising the heart stat. Your other stats are high enough to take the hit. All 3 stats should be okay after that. If doing that will lower the right stat (I think tactics, been awhile) below the threshhold, then do the training that boosts both the heart and tactics stat. It will lower your strength stat, but not by enough to go below 315.

you have a stat below the requirement. it is 0% chance of success all the time you have one stat too low, even if its only a single point under in a single stat. As soon as you have them all above requirement it is 100% success rate.

As above, level up your guys to get that extra 5 points

You need to meet all required attributes or mission will fail.

They get exp for failing but it takes like maybe 3 or more fails to get one level and they been failing that mission ever since they hit 40. I don't think there is a way to train them since their stats in the other areas will lower if i do it so I don't know what you are suppose to do to beat this.

Keep failing that mission till they level up the only option?

You can afford to lose at least 20 points in both Physical and Tactical and you only need 5 points Mental to succeed in the mission. Use the Training to balance out your stats. You can absolutely train your squad with your current points to be able to clear this mission.

You do not need to level up right now, but for when you do want to level you'll get more exp from succeeding at a level 35 than failing a level 40 mission.

You can do a training that doesn't mess with stats and only gives EXP. It's the one at the bottom, forgot what it is called. Can do it 3 times a day if you just want EXP.

If you don't want to bother with swapping members, just send them out on the highest mission available, you still get half exp if they fail. Even with fails it doesn't take long to level. Then just shift your people around until all the numbers are blue and send them out.

You can use class change books if you need to swap their class. Each class has their own stat specialty. Tanks have the highest physical, Conjurers have the highest mental, archers and ninjas have high tactical with one having slightly higher physical and the other slightly higher mental. Pugilists are average physical and tactical. Arcanists are above average mental and average tactical, etc.

If you really can't figure it out, go here and punch the numbers in:
