Hello all,

I was raiding with a group back in Midas Savage and was making nice progress but unfortunately had some PC troubles so was out of action for a while and they had to replace me. I have spent the last few months playing casually and considering if I want to get back in to the raiding scene in FF14 again. Having seen this most recent patch and what is coming up in Stormblood, I think now is the time to do that and be established and comfortable with a group by June.

I have a long history of raiding in MMOs, I have been raiding at various levels for the past 8 years, mainly in World of Warcraft but have also dabbled in other MMOs such as Wildstar, Guild Wars 2, Star Wars, Aion, Rift etc. I have raided at a high level - top of my career was achieving a World 8th kill of a boss in Wrath of the Lich King. I have also raided casually too.

At the moment I am mainly playing BLM however I am also keeping my eye on how RDM pans out to see if that will be worth switching too. I mainly play caster classes and those are definitely the classes I am most comfortable on but for the right group I would be willing to gear up and go MNK/NIN.

I am looking for an English-speaking group that raids primarily in the evenings and weekends. I am probably not looking to raid more than 3-4 times per week at the moment. Also willing to consider server transfers for the right group (might be less important now with the improved group finder but I still prefer to be on the same server where possible!). I am ideally looking for a close-knit group where the focus is on working together and progressing and want to avoid groups where negativity is a feature.
