Stormblood Early-Access Code Invalid

Yeah, the SE Store page does specifically say it right underneath the spot where you choose your platform/version and is highlighted in red:

"Notice: This product is not compatible with the Steam version of FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn. If you’ve purchased FFXIV: A Realm Reborn on Steam, then you must also purchase FFXIV: Stormblood on Steam to upgrade your existing account."

Actually when I made my preorder, that wasn't there. I make a point to read that kind of text. It is there now however. Either way, I should at least be able to get the order cancelled and dealt with.

Still no sign of any codes from my PSN account.

I have an email confirming that I pre-ordered, but that has no codes.

I even tried going through the option of pre-ordering it again on PSN on the PS4, expecting it to say "You already ordered this", but it did not seem to be recognising that. Of course, I didn't complete the purchase a second time.

Also, I still can't pre-order the Mac version as my SE Account on the Order Site is the old one (with an invalid email address and no option to change that) and the new site does not offer any way to pre-order.

Finally tried on Amazon.co.uk, which is where I bought the Mac version of ARR/HW, but that does not yet list the Mac version of SB.

I found a link to the UK SE site, pre-ordered the Mac version, got the instructions from the download page, got the code, used that to get the code for the MogStation page, used that and now have it listed as pre-ordered on my account in MogStation.

Still no idea how get a code to tell MogStation I have pre-ordered on PS4 as well.

Oddly enough, from the emails, SE seem to think I paid £29.99 whilst PayPal say I paid 50p. Any ideas what that means? Have I only been charged a 50p deposit or something like that?

Yeah Nighthawk4 it's a deposit that I think only Paypal asks for. I paid by card this morning but still not have confirmation email of that purchase. How long did it take for people to receive any email after ordering?

i got no email and i check see if my email where up to date they are. no code purchased on jan 25th from psn. i have a conformation email saying i preordered. codes should have been sent to same email....checked mog station no license for early access. checked all my emails again nothing. so I'm wondering did PSN people get the codes right away? i normally buy the physical copy of the game so I'm a bit unsure.
