Stormblood Early-Access Code Invalid

Still no sign of any codes from my PSN account.

I have an email confirming that I pre-ordered, but that has no codes.

I even tried going through the option of pre-ordering it again on PSN on the PS4, expecting it to say "You already ordered this", but it did not seem to be recognising that. Of course, I didn't complete the purchase a second time.

Also, I still can't pre-order the Mac version as my SE Account on the Order Site is the old one (with an invalid email address and no option to change that) and the new site does not offer any way to pre-order.

Finally tried on Amazon.co.uk, which is where I bought the Mac version of ARR/HW, but that does not yet list the Mac version of SB.


Edit - Correction.

I found a link to the UK SE site, pre-ordered the Mac version, got the instructions from the download page, got the code, used that to get the code for the MogStation page, used that and now have it listed as pre-ordered on my account in MogStation.

Still no idea how get a code to tell MogStation I have pre-ordered on PS4 as well.

Oddly enough, from the emails, SE seem to think I paid £29.99 whilst PayPal say I paid 50p. Any ideas what that means? Have I only been charged a 50p deposit or something like that?
