Stormblood Early-Access Code Invalid

So a few hours ago I've received the Stormblood Early-Access code in my email, I've done as the instructions have said, to go to the early-access code section on MogStation and type it in there. I've done that, and I've quadruple-checked to make sure I'm typing in the code correctly, but each time it says that my code is invalid. I don't know if this is just me, or if it's some error.

I got the same I'm thinking it's still too soon to put it in. When they did heavens ward I had the same issue and then placed it near released date with no problems.

I am almost 99% positive that it is too soon to input your code. There will probably be some kind of official announcement on Lodestone that will let you know when you can use it. I am sure the code is valid so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

How do you get the code for mogstation? I received a code for the redeem website then one for psn

You get a code by email that you have to enter on a website that is linked in the same email. That website will then give you a different code that you should enter on the Mog Station's early access menu.

I have entered in the code on my pre-order into the pre-order website and I have been emailed the codes for Mogstation/PSN which worked fine.

note:- you don't enter in the code you got on your recipt for pre-ordering Stromblood, that is entered in on the preorder website

I have not received any code yet. I pre-ordered on the PS4 on 25th January and have a confirmation email of that, but no code.

If you pre-ordered on the PS Store, it's automatic. You don't need to do anything as it's already linked to your account.

Thanks seekified, but it is not linked in MogStation. I assume I need a code to do that?

I have also checked my PSN Account, which lists the purchase of the expansion for £49.99 but no codes.
