FFXIV Main Executable Crash

To start with, i bought the PAL version in Steam of the FFXIV:ARR. I downloaded and played it in a computer cafe for more than 4 hours. My time was used up and i transferred the whole app(From steam) to my thumb drive. The next day, i tried playing it on the same cafe, transferred the files on main PC, the launcer is fine but the main executable immediately crashes after logging in and a pop-up in japanese appears. Switch to another cafe but the same problem pop-ups. It also seems the updates are perfectly up-to-date.

Also on the pop-up, there is a set of offsets or code or something just below on the jap text.
