music from Palace of the Dead

I may have a particular favourite tune now I've been in there a few times. The music from floors 51-60 is becoming quite infectious However, I'm thinking of the piano/rock combo, unless that's from the same area.

Does anyone have a favourite?

Most Palace of the Dead music comes from other places in the game and then randomly plays within certain floor sets of the palace. A few floors have fixed music unique to Palace (floors 1-3, 47-49, and 97-99 for example).

51-60 are all tracks from elsewhere. As far as piano/rock music goes I'm guessing it's the Dueling theme (from Duels at Wolve's Den pier) or A Bloody Reunion which plays in some of the Warring Triad storyline scenes.

That last one you mentioned is the one I was thinking of. I heard it between 51-60 and I think its a cool tune.

That's the Dueling theme. It plays when you duel someone at Wolve's Den Pier.

It's a remix of the battle theme that plays in Heavensward zones.

It would be fun if we could create a custom PotD playlist with our Orchestrion collection. There's a similar feature in the Disgaea series. The player can flag which songs they would like to hear, and disable the ones that they do not want to hear.

So, first time I ventured from floor 50 and beyond, I was all prepared for somber mood, possibly meeting dead NPCs and getting the feels ... and then the Posing Rangers played. Got good laughs in the voice chat with my buds.
