Yup, sadly you will have to call them. And hopefully they will be more helpful to you. Also, before you call them call your card/bank to make sure that they haven't flagged it your side, also inform them that you will be making a purchase with SE to to be sure. That way when yo call and tell you to check your bank...you can explain you have already done it...

Also STILL NO PUBLIC NOTICE either on the service or on lodestone.

Annnnnd still broken. Received a response to my ticket, but not exactly encouraging. :|

This is an ongoing issue we have been made aware of by a number of customers. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue. Unfortunately at this time we have no further information or resolution for this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

At least they're aware of it? I guess..
It's kind of expensive buying time cards because of the USD > CAD conversion
hopefully it's fixed before my sub expires

Well they finally responded to my second ticket that I sent in. And was met with a response similar to Nixenne.



I did in fact respond on it, explaining that if its an issue- they should put out a public notice. Nothing is worse then your customers being kept in the dark.

i'm glad i still had left over crysta to sub but wow i hope this gets resolved soon !

I've played Warcraft since the. Beta and I don't remember anything like this. They were hacked , DOS, I do not think anything this long.
This is not the first time I have not been able to resub, so there may have been more.
It's even more of a problem with housing tho.

The fact that this is still ongoing and we haven't heard a peep aside from that what looks like a crappy attempt to alert people of the issue is concerning. I know multiple people now unable to renew their sub right now, I was almost one of them. They are basically SoL until this happens, unless they want to pay basically the cost of 3 months for only 2 with a time card. Which is just ridiculous, plus then they have to wait on shipping in some instances just to use their paypal which may be their only form of payment right now. I wish they would at least seem like they care about the issue a little more. Hopefully this gets resolved sooner rather than later. Here's to hoping~

It's taken me 4 days to resub. Pay pal didn't work. So I bought the crysta with my cc.
Once I had them, I got the error I2501. So I cannot use those crysta.
I used my cc to sub. It was verified and then when it was confirming, another error.
Tried a different CC. Same thing.
I went to Amazon and bought and downloaded time card. I got that number ( I still have) and it
gave another error.
Finally I bought a physical time card and used that. I also used a different laptop and I downloaded opera web browser
just to be different.
I finally got the thing to take the card. I believe it was the card because I had used different
Web browsers before and yet, nothing. I used the other laptop 2 nights ago and no success.

HERE's the problem. I have a house that would be reclaimed in about 5 days from now.
This is not fair for those who do loose houses due to this nonsense.
I'll be fine, but I feel for those who aren't. Make some provisions for those trying to
resub with houses or apts if this cannot be fixed quickly.
There is/ was no way to resub that worked. None. Other than the Actual time card.
I have been trying to resub since Wednesday night.
I logged off those nights in the belief that I'd come back the next day because
I've had this problem before. Two days later it was fixed. Because of the housing, there should
be an alternative payment plan, or a plan to help those who loose a house through no
fault of their own.
