    Unlocking Cutter's Cry

    Is the quest "Dishonor Before Death" that unlocks Cutter's Cry broken? I have a friend going through the content his first time and Sibold is not giving him the quest. The quest icon isn't even showing up and he is of level to unlock it (38).

    Edit: Nevermind, he forgot that he accepted the quest some time ago and it was just sitting in his log /facepalm
