it happens more than once and same healers all the time how can i report it or how to deal with it. it starts from 12am jst to 2am.

Use the in-game support desk feature and file a complaint under harassment. Give as much information as you can; names of both players, the time it happened and what you saw. If a GM asks for more information and you can give them the names of other players that were with you they may be able to confirm this by speaking with the other players as well. Even if you win because of this, report it.

Yeah... about that. We've done that since pre-season Feast. They don't do anything about it. Never have. Oh, they'll tell you that they will, but they don't. One GM will tell you that they're already investigating that person, and the next GM will tell you they'll start an investigation into it. And if you actually get a live GM, they'll tell you absolutely nothing, or in one case, refuse to wait for 5 minutes because you're in the middle of a Feast match, and don't want to toss the match just to talk to a GM.

why is there no penalty for people who DC in the start of feast ? i mean this same healer for 3 games would dc why is there no 30 minutes penalty time ? the other problem would be healers or players loosing intentionally,
In frontlines we have the vote kick system although its a bad system but it works if people vote on someone to get kicked he dose. we need a report system where a GM can review the actions of the reported player and punish him if he was guilty, yes there will be some players who will false.
we really need a fix for this, players are starting to loose interest in this due to tactics used to deter players, high ranking players wont Queue and others are win trading, we need a fix for the pvp system, for me honestly i just came back to the game for the pvp i renewed my account 3 weeks ago looking forward for some pvp actions. i usually stay out of forums and never post but i was curious as to what i saw and decided to come here and investigate more

All you can do is report them... Even though there is a post stickied that says SE will take all forms of cheating super seriously, it takes them way too long to react. There are players on primal and aether with probably 100 reports for throwing or wintrading. The funny thing about this is the guy who spams good job is the one who is punished instead.

It is funny even with chat disabled people can be toxic, anyway if this continues in season 4 i think i will renew my sub, most of us play for the challenge and if there is no challenge we lose interest.

I know which healers you were talking about. I record a video of them playing and they didn't even heal. At first I thought they were bad cause they wouldn't heal our melee/tank. But then the pattern was continuing like dc at beginning of the fight, not healing (cause their MP didn't even move go down), no casting cause I kept staring at their name.
They just let each dps to kill each other w/o heals.

I think I've encountered players like this. I don't think Faerie is on Primal do they are probably different players or alts.

There was an interesting discussion about PVP on Limit Break Radio this week & one of the hosts plainly said that they don't Ranked Feast anymore as it's full of cheating. They'd previously been one of the top ranked, if I remember correctly.

It's full of enough to make an attempt to reach the top fruitless though. All it takes is four or eight people to win trade (there's suggestions that it's only four but they have dual accounts) to completely skew the ranking system. It happened with Triple Triad, it happened with Lords of Verminion & it's happening with Feast too. Don't forget that it's possible for a team of four players to have 160 characters per Datacentre if they wanted.
