Continued cheating / Win-Trading in Feast Solo Queue

I'd like a response from SE on this. There's a sticky post telling us to report win traders, yet when we do nothing happens. Canned responses about "Investigating" isn't cutting it especially with the end of the season quickly approaching. The same two win traders (Faerie, silver, healers, you know - you've probably seen them) have been running feast solo queue for weeks now with reports about them leading to complete inaction. For those of us with a real chance at making top 100 or even diamond rank before the season ends; these players with their win trading is ruining the game for players that actually put in work toward their goals.

So, I'd like to know: What exactly are you doing to combat win traders and exactly what do you need from the community to help stop these cheaters? Three weeks of inaction in enough.

After recently submitting another report, I was contacted in-game by Gm Tymriss who took the time to get more information and let me know that they're investigating. Everyone, be sure to report win traders through the in-game help desk -> harassment. These win traders will be caught if you keep reporting them

More specifically, what are they doing with the reported cases, because it looks like they're throwing them in the trash. These players have been reported over and over by several members of the pvp community and there has been no action taken. They're still happily win trading three weeks later and still being reported just about every day.

If they keep wintrading like nothing happened then it's likely because nothing happened to them. There's no any 'combat'. That's the point of this topic.

I don't think the OP is looking for how they checked. They are looking for more transparency on actions. Example other games say "We banned X players for abuse of in game sounds." or "We have warned certain segments about language and have been told any more reports will lead to removal from ranked" Better yet would be on ranked board X Player removed cheating/abuse/warned. Didn't blizzard for overwatch shame a tonne of players

Other games have a better system then SE silence. Probably is more used to that kind of interaction. If players had better examples of the line (where its drawn) mayeb things wouldn't be as out of hand as they are now.

Nah dude. Multiple seasons of reporting blatant offenses and the only success we've had with it is someone turning himself in. They p much hide their policy because there is none. Might as well get rid of the leaderboards or the rewards associated with them.

Someone mentioned on reddit that GMs only really look at harassment reports for in-game reports, and cheating reports are better handed with an out-of-game report (a GM told him this), So perhaps try that? (The "contact us" support centre on the lodestone.)

I know some players who were summoned in jail and had conversation with GMs just for 'standing in other player's character model' and got a warning/suspension. Apparently it's a much harsher 'crime' than wintrading.

Wait, does that mean I could easily get someone I don't like receive a warning/suspension if I claim they were standing in my character model? That's messed up.

I know a friend of mine back on Odin once got put in GM Jail for putting in a pf a name of a person wintrading, while the win trader got no punishment :P
That being said, he was let go with just a warning and got some pretty cool screenshots out of it.

I myself got banned for apparently this reason last year but ppl need to tell u to go away and GM is watching u (u cant see them) if u still doing it.
