I am having an issue where I cannot seem to fund a Free Company.
I match all the requirements [1 class at level 50]

I left my FC on Saturday, then on Sunday some random person invited me to theirs, and I accidentally clicked it (around 10:30 am) afterwards, the user discharged me (around 11:00 am)

Now, it's Monday, almost 1:00 PM (PST) and after the 24 hrs cooldown, I am still unable to create one.
