It's very hard to say how much I have spent over the last three years on furnishings (I generally furnish my FC's house and my small personal house). On the low end I would probably say I have spent 15mil.... on the high end probably around 30mil. I do craft most of the things that I have, or have a friend craft them but still stuff is expensive~
