Seriously, do people to expect to trust a complete random stranger who has the power to control what they get rewarded to carry through with their promise? And it looks especially bad if the lootmaster is also the person who self allocated the loot. Its all a matter of perspective, I'm merely explaining the thought process of the people reporting that FC leader for cheating.
