I agree customization needs flushed out however emotes seem the best option to me. When u put on a helm u never see the face but u can notice body movements. More emote options help to flush out personality more than the eyes hidden behind masks and helm. I personally would like just emote sets rather than individual emotes but if they added the option i know id take my time picking them but id be satisfied with sets. I also like the idea of mixed races but not emotes based on races. People are more than their race the way people move varies person to person not race to race

Isnt that a good thing more freedom. And it may be a rare thing now but that`s not to say future NPCs have to follow this rule and if players go half breed then it will become rather normal like it is in the real world. Also saying roe x la la is immoral is kinda messed up to me. Its like saying some one who is really tall and bulky falling in love with some who suffers from dwarfism is immoral. Its awkward and u cant help but look and go wow teddy bear and an elephant getting it on. But it is no way immoral just...different.

Less immoral and more implausible. Basically when you get right down to it either Roe males have to have nearly nothing between their legs or they would rip a lala in two. And even a roe female with a lala male, well you know the hallway analogy so I won't go there. Really anyone interbreeding with a lala is implausible for these reasons, roe are just a particularly disturbing case.

More body types, or adjustable body parts, certainly. Shoulders/chest/waist/hips. Or is every single male Roegadyn on the planet, built to that single "ultimate square box" template?

Sure, there could be more halfbreeds out there. I am not saying that’s not possible.

    Its rare as is.

Also real world crossbreeds? What are you talking about? The different “races” of eorzea is more like different species, with some interbreeding possible. I am aware theres tigers and lions being interbred but that’s not natural nor common.

Lalafells are like toddlers. Big bulky people who breed with toddlers are not ok. Lalafells in lore might be “able” but just by going with real life morals it is not something that should be in a video game.
People who suffer from dwarfism still retain proper adult proportions to a certain degree.
    Lalafells are shaped like toddlers.

    I rest my case.

I shall not argue this further as no good will come of it.

I fully agree. Despite me playing one, i am against the ability for lalafells to equip the more raunchy equipment. This might sound weird, but i dont like toddlers in lingerie. When comparing them to their spiritual ancestors, the Taru Taru, (note: I Have never touched FFXI. Dont accuse me of nostalgia) they do appear more like real children as opposed to small orange plops. Using google as an expample, when searching "taru taru" in google pictures there will just be pictures of the race stumbling about. Comparing that to lalafell, where if you google "Lalafell" you will start seeing more sexualized pictures of them, clad in underwear, drawn, etc. I dont know if it is a generational thing, but i dont like it one bit.

It seems like Squeenix themselves would beg to differ here, since Lalafell are pretty sexualized in-game as it is. They may not wear skimpy clothing (Because they'd just look like a popoto in a bikini anyway) but Lala NPCs are some of the dirtiest you'll find in the game. Almost every single one you meet is either evil, horny, or evil and horny, and they certainly don't restrict their attentions to members of their own race, as Gegeruju's army of dancing girls of every race can clearly attest.

They've put a lot of effort into reminding everyone that Lalafell ARE NOT CHILDREN.

Sigh, i know this will end badly yet i continue.

Mentally, they are adults. They act like adults. Speak like adults. But none of them, as presented by SE, is sexualized in a manner where you are meant to find them the appealing part. They are all obsessing over some miqo'te or hyur.

Designwise, are you going to tell me they dont have a child like appearance?
They are quite obviously designed with a cute child in mind. If not for the large round head then for the plumb body with stumpy legs and arms.

Not to mention that their animations are rather toddler-ish
As far as I've noticed, the only Prominent Lalafells to be in a position of leadership are Nanamo and Papashaun, and the latter actually earned his place while Nanamo is leader by birth, aside from them and the wealthy merchants, Lalafell are not taken seriously in both story and within the playerbase
(I could be wrong, I don't exactly pay a whole lot of attention to Lalafell)
