Unable to Initiate or Abandon Previously Accepted Trial Levequests

In-game time: For the past two weeks, at least.
Area and coordinates: Moraby Bay, Hawthorne, Aleport levequest areas and NPCs (confirmed)
Steps:
1. I change to job with level appropriate for levequest trial.
2. I go to area to initiate levequest trial. There are no green circles on map.
3. I open Journal and go to levequest trial activator.
4. There is no Initiate or Abandon button, only Map (Unable to open at this time).
5. I go to levequest NPC for that area, they only give recommendations for the levequest trial.
6. THIS ONLY HAPPENS FOR LEVEQUEST TRIALS I ACCEPTED BEFORE LAST UPDATE AND CAME BACK TO. I AM STILL ABLE TO ACCEPT A BRAND NEW LEVEQUEST TRIAL IN OTHER LOCATIONS AND THOSE ARE WORKING PROPERLY.
