I know none of it will happen, but I can dream.
Why the hell do you want a return to the Coil system of loot lol? that was a complete shitfest of RnG that benefited no one. The current system is a hell of a lot more fair. You can even clear with up to 4 cleared people, still get 1 loot AND a page to work towards something that hasn't dropped.

I agree with the number one. However, about the number three. Do you mean the tokens IN the raid's normal mode? Because savage has the loot like Coil AND the page as a bonus. Just like CookieMonsta pointed out. However, the tokens in the NM work as a form of control: as you need 1 to 4 tokens (1 to 4 weeks) to get X piece of gear.

As for the raid itself: I'd like to see something like Icecrown Citadel in WoW. A massive structure where you can move, have some fights against trash in between, some mandatory bosses, other bosses where you can choose the order. As the tiers are being released, this place becomes bigger and the previous encounters become optional. I don't know much about this raid's theme, maybe it's Allagan or Garlean? We shall see. I'd like to see more Allagan, their theme is a delight to my eyes.

I would like to see a reward for helping first timers substantial enough to reverse the widespread "no bonus" culture that has arisen in most content above hard mode.

Never happen as long as the Accessibility design remains.

The problem is that if you can clear sastasha normal you pretty much have the required level of play to clear everything all the way up to sohm al hard and belsears wall. and also be at a skill level that allows you to clear all normal raids and hard trials... the level of skill required Is a long flat horizontal line. content doesn't get harder and harder as you progress. hell recently they're going the opposite way and making things even more face roll...

this is a problem and this is why the "no bonus" culture exists. because the level of skill required to unlock an extreme primal is a longgggggg way off the level of skill required to clear it... and this is why everything is "no bonus" because unlocking a piece of content doesn't indicate in anyway you're ready to tackle it.

if the game had a difficulty curve and content got progressively harder and harder thus requiring players to improve as they progressed, you would likely find the "no bonus" culture wouldn't be an issue at all. because if the game worked like this. the level of skill a player would need to make it to and unlock an extreme primal would at least be in the region of the skill required to clear it.. and if you weren't up to the standards of play required for the content you would not have been able to unlock it... so you'd likely find parties a lot more open to bonuses. because the very fact you've unlocked the content indicates you have the level of skill required to at least tackle it..

but while everything in the game stays as easy as it is for the sake of accessibility the "no bonus" culture is heare to stay.

look at zurvan normal. its pretty damn hard to fail that fight even if you wanted to you can eat telegraphs and laugh at your hp afterwards because they hit for nothing..... and yet clearing it is enough to unlock extreme....

if the normal mode was actually harder and posed a decent challenge/ test of skills,,, then players who had unlocked extreme would obviously have some proficiency because if they didn't they wouldn't have cleared normal.. so you'd likely find extreme groups more willing to take bonus because you must be at least a certain level of skill to have even unlocked it.... where in the current system it takes no skill at all to unlock extreme and thus the no bonus culture exists

I'd like to just have a raid that doesn't have load screens.
