Sadly this is how these things kind of go... Some people get the email sooner, some get it later, some are hovering the site and waiting and there are even the less reputable using sniping programs to buy tickets to scalp... Unfortunate side of limited online sales, been like this with concert sales for years.

Yeah me and my boyfriend are in Frankfurt next week for our 7 year anniversary so we decided to go all out with the fanfest bought merch and tickets and decided to stay the week, he's going to be so heartbroken as he hasn't even recieved the email yet and he's a huge fan of Nobuo's work

Oh I know the feeling found the email by chance close to the end of my worktime, literally was tehre for only 50 minutes I opned the page and guessed that I would be early and jsut got no cards. Literally tried sicne years to meet him or at least be at a black magicians concert. But guess I must get over it at least he is around the festival.

I really don't like how it's being handled. Nobuo was the main reason I will go there, yet I can't even get a sign. Same with the pvp tournament. We registered as a team (platinum, gold and 2 unranked) and we didn't get chosen. In the mail they sent me they treated me like a solo player saying that if one player of another team doesn't show up I may be get selected to replace that person. So I sent an email telling them that we did register as full team and not as solo players and I got a reply from them:

We understand that you are disappointed, but unfortunately we had to make some hard choices when selecting the PvP teams.

Sadly your team was not chosen and we did not select full teams for the waiting list, so instead you were selected as a solo player to be on the waiting list.

Feel free to show up with your friends on the day if they want to take part as well and if it's possible we might bring you in as a replacement team.

We are very sorry that this is not what you expected, but we hope that you will still enjoy the Fan Fest and we look forward to seeing you there!

The funny thing is that one of our unranked players got selected, yet I as platinum tier player don't get chosen. This pvp tournament will be a beginner fest.
