I'm not blaming Yoshida or Tanaka or whoever for anything in this Game. Im only criticising the state of the game at the moment. And his attempt led to among the biggest collapses in gaming history. People seem to forget Yoshida does not control the franchising. He has openly expressed wanting to do yearly expansions. Square Enix allocates a budget and he's forced to work within it. A new director or keeping anyone on as an adviser won't make a lick of difference should SE veto ideas or decide they don't want to spend additional funds. Keep in mind, FFXIV basically prints money despite being "safe." That isn't to say current model isn't flawed, but the blame doesn't necessarily fall on Yoshida.
