No, you can only have 1 stand per estate at all. The question was if there was any inherent advantage to stands beyond level 3 ones for priming grade 3 wheels such as faster priming than the 70hrs it currently takes.

Seems to me like higher level stands are worthless tbh since you can buy level 1 and 2 buffs with FC credits. There isn't a point in wasting time making/priming lower grade wheels. No reason to make stands above level 3 beyond cosmetics if you only care about priming grade 3 wheels.
