Is DPS'ing as a Healer Vote Kickable?

So a healer who isn't interested in XIVLogs parses but gets the job done isn't a good player?

As long as "getting the job done" only requires you to summon Eos, /follow tank and go afk, or cast 1 heal every minute or so - then no, that does not count as a good player. A good player actively contributes in a meaningful manner to advance the group's goal. This is covered by healing only in extremely rare and non-standard circumstances.

I don't have a issue with healers DPS'ing but as I play as a DPS if i'm reducing my DPS because i'm looking for my cure buttion or potion buttion then the healer is not doing there job corrently

That's a separate issue though, and no one here is claiming that a healer is doing their job by leaving their group members to die, either (unless, again, in very particular circumstances).
