So, tell me why, again, we queue as tank, or dps, or healer? It's not a bonus anymore since Devs pointed out that the included the healers DPS potency on the gordias raids.
I don't understand people saying "im a healer not a DPS" hello, this game has been designed in a way there everyone have to do.
It didn't changed since 1.0 won't probably change
You're not asking this seriously, are you? Because each of them brings group their particular utility that is useful for standard runs. However, each role having their particular utility does not mean they are, should be, or even can be limited to only that, and it's especially not an excuse to refuse to use anything but a few of your wide range of abilities.

Again, I don't care what you are doing as long as you are performing the role you signed up for well. Any utilities you want to use outside of your normal role are a bonus. That's all I'm saying. Again, I said you won't see me calling out a healer for not dpsing. If they want to great. You're not asking this seriously, are you? I guess not calling out players for not doing things outside of their assigned role is a bad thing? Who woulda thought?

I don't have a issue with healers DPS'ing but as I play as a DPS if i'm reducing my DPS because i'm looking for my cure buttion or potion buttion then the healer is not doing there job corrently
Age of War

only if people are dying, tanks are never over 10% health, etc.
WHY would you want it to be allowable? If the healer is doing the RIGHT and goddamn OPTIMAL thing only a set of absolute dropkicks would kick them. Healers that dps whilst healing are by far more desirable in any situation.
"But but SE didn't design the content to take in healer dps whaa"
That's great but if we can do the dungeon in 30 minutes with your 0 dps but in 25 minutes with your dps I know which I want.
"Screw you I pay so I play the way I want to play"
Except, fuck you. Others with you also pay their sub. Pay mine and give me the minutes of my life you wasted if you want to go with that attitude or stick to your own groups.
Let's say I have healer #1 who is a bit like Bixillarla and doesn't want to put in the effort of dpsing mobs versus healer #2 who will dps the mobs whilst keeping the party healthy... Who would you prefer to fill the healer slots? If you didn't select #2 I suggest you seek medical attention. Happy pills are in your future.

I'm just going to say that all healers that don't DPS while they don't have anything else to do are bad (except if they are preparing for incoming or some stuff like that, I know I need to say this because you are really good at taking things out of context and just picking the sentences that fit your narrative). If you are just watching Netflix I'm going to help you by vote kicking you and then you won't need to worry about the dungeon, I'm making you a favor.

Kicking players for fun for differing playstyles and getting away with it.
I'm totally not going to abuse this. At all. Ever. Maybe.

I don't understand this. I am leveling a white mage on the side and it's just like, how do you sit there doing nothing? Shoot, half the time I don't even change stance to throwa rock at someone. It's the least I can do instead of tossing heals at the tank when he drops below 90%
Maybe I should play Scholar instead

Maybe Healers should be given something else to do when there isn't anyone to heal, rather than DPS to be honest. I would not be opposed to healers having a selection of buffs/debuffs with cast times to eat up a bit of that downtime but provide some utility to tanks/dps. Not unlike what AST has currently, just less gimmicky. Something to increase survivability or decrease enemy survivability.
