Best rotation for Wind Window collectable? (botany)

I have pretty bad gear since we quit for 2 years but I was able to get to 600gp with 433 gathering and 419 perception. I'm still not able to get a Wind Widow at 410 in order to get the bare minimum amount of scrips. I've tried multiple ways with different guides online and no luck. Is my perception just too low?

I'm not familiar with this particular collectible or its node. But one thing I can tell you is, you want to be getting 115 Collectability whenever you Methodical Appraisal. If you are getting less than that, then yes, your Perception is low for that item.

Without knowing your level or the particulars for that node, I'm not going to try to give you a rotation for it.
